You said you hated running. Now, go run.

A 5k isn’t as scary as you think. Set a steady pace and focus on breathing.

Don’t run yourself out in the first mile. You need yo remember you have to run 3.1 of the things. If you don’t run enough and you’re still pushing yourself, don’t be afraid to walk.

Just remember that you’re walking because you want to earn the ability to not walk NEXT TIME.
