WeRFit Workout: Fear and Running in Las Vegas

As many rounds/reps as possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes of:

  • 400 meter run
  • 10 Burpees

Yes, yesterday was hard. Yes, you never wanted to do another burpee. Yes, I’m making you do more burpees.

Yes, you’ll be okay.

Why are CrossFitters afraid of running? Because we don’t run enough. Get out there and set a strong pace.
