WeRCrossfit WOD 20181022

We are focusing on aerobic capacity through the end of the year. This will help you best prepare for the 2019 CrossFit Open.

3 rounds for time:

  • 20 wall ball shots
  • 10 dips
  • 20 burpees
  • 25 situps

Scale to your fitness level. Be sure to use the dips and situps as an opportunity to regain your heart rate and composure, then go HAM on the wall ball shots and burpees.

  1. Woooooooooo. This one put the hurt on me. I could only do two rounds through to the end of the third round of wall balls.
