Haley Adams: 2019 CrossFit Games Athlete

Haley Adams is a young CrossFit Games athlete and one of the first athletes to make a successful transition from the teen category into the elite individual category. Adams won the 14-15 category in the CrossFit Open in 2016 and the 16-17 category in 2017. In 2018, she returned to win the Girls 16-17 category at the 2018 CrossFit Games.

After moving to Cookeville, Tennessee to train with Rich Froning at CrossFit Mayhem, Adams placed second in the Reykjavik CrossFit Championship, qualified to the CrossFit Games through the CrossFit Open, and placed 6th in the world at the 2019 CrossFit Games.
