Emma Mcquaid: 2019 CrossFit Games Athlete

Emma Mcquaid is a CrossFit Games athlete and is CrossFit’s national champion of Ireland. Mcquaid has long finished top-20 in the CrossFit Open but has failed to reach the CrossFit Games due to an overly-competitive Europe region.

With the new Sanctional and national champion system, Emma was able to compete in the Dubai CrossFit Championship and CrossFit Strength in Depth, in addition to qualifying through the CrossFit Open as a national champion.
