Gudmundsson finished third in the 2019 and 2015 CrossFit Games. As a competitor, BKG has many top-ten finishes in both the CrossFit Open (2nd – 2019, 4th – 2017, 9th – 2016) and the CrossFit Games (3rd – 2019, 5th – 2018, 5th – 2017, 8th – 2016, 3rd – 2015).
