Ben Smith: 2019 CrossFit Games Athlete

Ben Smith is the most longevitious individual CrossFit Games competitor of all time. He has competed in 11-consecutive CrossFit Games from 2009 to 2019. After knee surgery in early 2019, his streak was under threat of ending when Ben was rehabilitating during the 2019 CrossFit Open.

After a failing late-push to qualify through the Granite Games and Rogue Invitational Sanctional events, he was eventually granted a wildcard invite by Dave Castro.

Smith is a two-time podium finisher, placing second in the 2016 CrossFit Games and winning the 2015 CrossFit Games.
