Update 4/14/2020: The Reebok Nano X has been confirmed for a May 5, 2020 release date.
We’ve caught a number of quick glances of the upcoming tenth-edition of the Reebok Nano CrossFit shoe, but these are the first high-quality closeups we’ve seen of the entire shoe. These latest images, found on what we believe to be a Vietnamese Reebok test site show the shoe in stunning detail.
Before today, our glimpses of what is now confirmed to be the “Reebok Nano X” had been on the feet of an apparel model and hinted leaks from Nano Product Manager Tal Short’s Instagram.
We believe the Nano X release date will be similar to the Nano 9 – somewhere in a mid-June timeframe. While previous years saw the Nanos released in an “every January” cadence, the latest changes to the CrossFit Games, along with the release of the Rich Froning (RF1) shoe and the latest HIIT TR, have pushed these to a more June-oriented launch. The last Nano was released on June 12th, 2019.

Feast your eyes on these latest pictures.
The first image of the Reebok Nano X shoes the shoes in the anterior and posterior (inside and outside of the foot)This second Nano X image shoes the heels have maintained a significant bump for handstand push-ups and a wide base for lifting. In this shot of the Reebok Nano X sole, we see it is divided into two parts to provide flexibility when running, and that it keeps the horizontal divots for additional flexibility.Another cool feature of the Nano X is the new texture on the sole. Also note the “Metasplit” callout on the toe.You can see here in this closeup of the Flexweave-looking material that the durable and flexible material does indeed live on in the Reebok Nano X (also known as the Reebok Nano 10)In this image of the Nano X, you can see the heel cup on the shoe is much taller than in previous versions. We believe this is to provide greater lift stability as the shoe gets more and more flexible for running. This angle of the Reebok Nano 10 is a sexy one, showing the shoe’s streamlined design, light Flexweave material, and some of the cross-fabric which should add to the shoe’s durability.Another great view in this latest round of Reebok Nano X leaks is this top-down photo of the shoes. You can see the simple profile of the Nano 9 continues in the 10th edition of the shoe.
